Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weyli mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Weyli Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Weyli. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at contact@weyli.com.
3. The Service
Weyli provides an AI-powered fitness and wellness coaching application. The Service includes:
- AI chat coaching for fitness and nutrition
- Health data synchronisation with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect
- AI-generated training and nutrition plans
- Knowledge packs with expert content
- AI nudge notifications
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health management.
4. Health Disclaimer
Weyli's AI coaching is for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We expressly disclaim all liability for any health outcomes arising from use of the Service. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before using the fitness features.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Misuse the AI coach to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use automated tools to access the Service at scale without permission
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
6. In-App Purchases
Knowledge packs and the Premium subscription are available for purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play. All transactions are processed by the respective app store and subject to their terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as determined by Apple or Google.
Premium subscription auto-renews monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, knowledge pack documents, and AI-generated responses, is the property of Weyli Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (chat messages, uploaded documents). By submitting content, you grant Weyli a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that content solely to provide the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weyli Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
